About Hugh Grey

Hugh started his Business Coaching and Training business in January of 2003. He helps small business owners with business planning, marketing plans and implementation of plans through effective training and coaching.

Hugh has an undergraduate degree in Sports Management and received his MBA in 2002. He also does training on Customer Service and Leadership skills for Effectiveness, Training and Consulting.

Hugh came to BNI as a member marketing his business and served in leadership as the Charlotte Business Links chapter VP, President, Membership Committee, and Mentoring Coordinator. He started serving as a director in the Charlotte area in 2006. Currently he is the Managing Area Director for our North Carolina BNI franchise areas of Charlotte and Asheville. He’s also the Managing Area Director for our Corporate Connections in Charlotte.

As if that weren’t enough already, Hugh also is the Manager for the Referrals4Life Training division conducting Member Success Programs as well as our Networking Like A Pro All Stars training course.

Prior to starting his company, Hugh worked as a Tennis Teaching Professional and Director. He played Tennis in college and still competes in a few tournaments a year. He enjoys staying active, reading, and spending time with his family.

Hugh has a heart of service and firmly believes in helping others reach their potential.
