Catalyst Groups

Are you a business owner who wants more freedom or
do you have an idea and want to start a business?

Entreprenuer Advisory Board GroupsWhy do a large number of small businesses fail each year? Many fail because they didn’t have a viable, realistic business plan (or any business plan at all), or they didn’t effectively implement their business plan.  Most don’t start with a panel of diverse and experienced business professionals to advise them.  Nor do they have someone to hold them accountable for following their business plan. Yet these factors can have a critical impact on the success or failure of a business.  That is where a Catalyst group comes into play.  We equip new and existing business owners with the tools they need for maximum effectiveness and success.

See if you identify with one of the following scenarios:

Aspiring Entrepreneur: You have a great idea and know it could be profitable, but you’re not sure the best way to get started. You may have even done the market research and know your idea will work. Where do you learn what capital investors are looking for, what your business plan will need to include and how much money you will realistically need to get started?

Developing Entrepreneur: You are operating your own business; however, your business only works when you do. How do you move your business to the next level where it begins creating passive income for you?

Diversifying Entrepreneur: You have an established business that is providing passive income. You now want to add multiple product lines or divisions, start a new business, or diversify your holdings. How do you ensure this transition is successful and doesn’t diminish your existing ventures?

Each of these scenarios need four elements to make your dreams reality:

  1. Business and leadership skills
  2. Viable business plan
  3. Accountability and feedback that all great businesses rely on
  4. Funding plan

The Catalyst group program is a robust resource that helps you meet all of these needs.

Catalyst Group Program

  • Entrepreneurial Leadership Training: The first step in our program is to learn (or refresh your knowledge of) the basics of business and leadership. Our Propellant program gives entrepreneurs the training needed to start and run a successful business. This is a stand-alone product as well, and can be purchased outside of our program. It is even a great refresher course for the accomplished business owner. Details

  • Business Plan Development: We will provide a panel of trainers, experts and peers to develop, refine and finalize a business plan that will ensure success.  Program participants will meet monthly for one year, and the first half of the meeting will provide ongoing training and address business plan issues.
  • Advisory Group: The next piece in our program provides accountability and idea generation from a team of like-minded individuals coming together for a common purpose: your success.  The second half of the monthly meeting will act as an advisory board meeting.
  • Funding Connections: The final ingredient, and for most business owners the most difficult, is obtaining capital funding for their enterprise.  Part of your business plan includes a funding plan; we will connect participants with appropriate and alternate sources of financing.

If you would like more information about this program, please contact our office at 678.888.0200 and we will be happy to connect you with either David Alexander (Georgia) or Rich Martin (Carolinas.)
