About Stan Broesder

Stan is the owner of Crossroads Consultants, which is a business consulting and coaching firm that specializes in Talent Management, Performance Management and Human Performance Technologies. Crossroads helps employers select and retain high performance employees. They also provide leadership and management development processes and programs, which include job benchmarking, 360 degree evaluation, Job Fit matching, Team /leadership development, conflict resolution, communications and various interventions. Employer branding is an important part of helping businesses to attract and retain high performance talent.

Stan’s specialty is helping top executives and managers to understand the cost of idiosyncrasies in behavior, attitude, leadership skills and emotional intelligence. Coming to understand how others perceive an individual and how it affects their relationships is critical to influencing high performance in others.

Currently Stan is an Area Director for the Western North Carolina/Asheville region. He is also the President of Foothills Referral Network chapter in Hickory, NC and is one of the founding members of the chapter, which is almost two years old.

Stan was motivated to join BNI because he believes in “Word of Mouth” marketing and the importance of developing relationships in order to build your business.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Theology and a Master’s in Business Administration from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, Stan taught four years as an adjunct professor for a business college.

Stan and his wife Judy live in Lincolnton, NC and enjoy photography and traveling.  He’s also involved in his local chamber and enjoys church activities.
