About Gina Herald

Gina Herald is the owner of Personal Success Partners, a coaching, training and speaking company. As a trainer she facilitates workshops and classes in the areas of referral marketing/networking, customer service, team building/interaction, leadership development and job transition. She coaches individuals and groups through transitions in their lives and careers to support personal and professional development and facilitate change. She speaks to companies and community organizations on dozens of topics.

She is currently serving as the West Charlotte Area Director and Trainer for Business Network International (BNI) the world’s largest and most successful professional networking organization. She serves on the board of directors of the Charlotte Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners where she was recognized in 2008 as the “rookie of the year.” Gina also serves as the President of the Southpark Toastmasters club.

Gina has 14 years of management and leadership and training experience from her previous roles as a Buyer, Merchandiser and Manager at Nordstrom where she supported 22 stores across 11 states. She is a 3 time recipient of the “Inverted Pyramid Award” which is an award given in recognition of servant leadership and one of the accomplishments that she is most proud of. In addition, as a Regional Merchandiser, she was recognized as the “Anniversary Cup” winner for outstanding sales performance by a team during a key volume period. Gina created and delivered training to her teams as well as to other divisions within the East Coast Group.

She holds a Bachelors Degree from Columbia College in Columbia, MO where she was a member of Alpha Chi Honorary, the National Dean’s List and the President of the Campus Community Government.

She enjoys all types of sports and activities as well as reading and politics. She’s active in her local church and community and loves to meet new people and help them make connections so that they can build their network and grow and prosper in their business.
